If you require urgent assistance please e-mail support@bisoft.com.au and include both the word urgent and your contact details in the first part of the message (we use SMS notification for urgent requests and the message is limited to 160 characters).

Technical Support provides general advice and help on the use of product features and general solutions to problems. Support does not cover specific advice on model construction and simulation. The Support Network offers this type of support and we can arrange contact with the network.

We offer two three-day training courses - "Process Modelling and Introduction to Simulation" and "Basic Simulation". Please contact us on admin@bisoft.com.au for course details.
